Refund Policy

Free trial

JobTap offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You are not charged during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before your trial ends, your account is locked and you are not charged anything.

Cancellations

You can cancel your JobTap subscription at any time from your billing settings. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of that billing period.

In exceptional circumstances — for example, if you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service — please contact us at hello@jobtap.nz and we will review your case. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Plan changes

If you upgrade from Lite to Pro, the difference is charged immediately. If you downgrade from Pro to Lite, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
