1. Who we are

JobTap is operated from Wānaka, New Zealand. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

2. What we collect

• Your name and email address when you sign up
• Business details you add to your profile (business name, GST number, phone, bank account)
• Client information you enter (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses)
• Quote and invoice data you create
• Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)

3. How we use your data

• To provide the JobTap quoting and invoicing service
• To send transactional emails (quote delivery, invoice delivery) via Brevo
• To process your subscription payment via Stripe
• To contact you about your account if needed

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Third party services

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in Australia)
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Brevo — email delivery
• Stripe — payment processing

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security standards.

5. Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights email us at hello@jobtap.nz. We will respond within 20 working days.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days upon request.

7. Cookies

JobTap uses cookies only for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
